Job Description: Proposal Manager is responsible for

  • optimizing the use of the available resources i.e. subject matter experts, proposal staff, high-level coordination and document management
  • providing expert feedback on process management
  • managing and maintaining the proposal schedule 
  • Comprehensive management through submission of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs seamlessly

Requirements. The Proposal Manager is responsible understanding the solicitation and applying that understanding so that the resulting proposal is both compliant and compelling.  The Proposal Manager may write and edit pieces, and at the very least has the final editorial voice.  The Proposal Manager may also oversee print, production, and delivery.

The main tools used by the Proposal Manager are in MS Office however other tools including SharePoint, other collaborative tools or mobile apps may be used as well. 

The model Proposal Manager has at least 10 years’ experience in the proposal arena.  S/he is familiar with the usual associated proposal parts (technical, management, past performance) and the usual proposal forms (SF 33, amendments).   S/he had an advanced to expert knowledge of  MS Word and familiarity with at least one of the outlier programs include SharePoint, MS Project, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Professional. The Proposal Manager must be conversant with quality control measures used in both collaborative writing scenarios and in production. The Proposal Manager must have the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a solid level of professionalism.  The position also requires solid business writing and grammar skills. 

Education and Experience:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years of Project Management/Team Lead experience
    • Must have 5+ years managing proposal writing teams and 10+ years business experience
    • Shipley or other proposal development training a plus 
    • SharePoint experience

Job Description: Proposal Writer is responsible for

  • Writing information from the clients or from client-directed research and produce written text,
  • Having a degree of familiarity with a subject
  • Have ability to edit and rewrite content for both style, substance, and technical accuracy.
  • Proofread and edit for compliance, grammar, style, and word choice.

Requirements.  Proposal writers/editors must have a strong background/familiarity in particular subject areas. Perform writing and authoring of such technical documents, research publications, technical data packages.  Ability to conduct interviews and consults with other subject matter experts.  Must have the ability to adequately describe a process.  Edits, drafts and finalize documents through application of substantial knowledge and understanding of editing and writing standards, procedures, formats, and technology.  Reviews materials for proper grammatical usage, punctuation, spelling, format and style in order of presentation.  May also re-write sentences within a paragraph to improve clarity of meaning and consistency.  Will work under the direct direction of a seasoned Proposal Manager.

Education and Experience: 

    • Bachelors’ degree in communications, advertising, English, business or journalism
    • Minimum of 5 years professional experience
    • Experience in technical writing, proposal writing or another relative editorial position is a plus
    • Solid knowledge of writing and grammar principles
    • Strong proofreading and editing skills
    • Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Word.
    • The ability to manipulate and analyze data.

Job Description:

• Compile and analyze data obtained from systems and external sources and organizing and presenting in a manner that is consistent and relevant across the spectrum on internal and external consumers of the data.

• Prepare adhoc analysis business reports.

• Create MS Excel pivot tables to manage, sort and analyze data in several ways.

• Provides complex analysis of dispute data to stakeholders

• Identifies, documents and analyzes discrepancies and anomalies within automated data reconciliation and issuer dispute data

• Develops a deep understanding of the business rules, and leverages that knowledge to improve processes, recommend solutions, enhance team performance, and drive progression of objectives

• Communicate effectively with internal team, including the ability to present data findings.

• Explain complex technical issues in terms that a non-technical person can easily understand

• Act as an advisor to management, executives and stakeholders

Requirements.  The skilled Business Analyst must have demonstrated relationship building and self-managing skills; a strong attention to detail in complex data sets along with strong written and oral communication skills.  S/He must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing work environment with demonstrated problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.  The person must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint along with advanced SQL & Power BI a plus. 

Education and Experience:

• BA or BS and 5 years of specific experience relevant to the specific position

• Expert data analysis skills

• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with responsibilities in developing business requirements, data analysis, developing business reports and supporting both business and technical teams

• Strong analytical capabilities to understand data sets to derive business conclusions while identifying anomalies based on those data sets

• Demonstrated breadth and depth of experience regarding data analysis/reconciliation

• Ability to read and understand SQL

• Ability to manage and deliver multiple tasks with focus on quality and completeness

  • Familiar with both Agile and UI/UX framework

Job Description:

  • Provide content coordination and support with Proposal Manager and Proposal Writer
  • Develop proposal templates using style sheets, company identity and logos
  • Draft and format proposal portions such as introduction, overview, project experience, resumes and cover letter.

Requirements.  Proposal Coordinator must have the ability to synthesize proposal materials into final client ready package. S/He must be able to manage past performance citations, resumes and proposal reuse materials’ libraries; interface with sub’s and prime to gather proposal document data; lead production effort such as desktop publishing formatting, light editing, printing, copying, tab covers, producing binders and electronic media; develop shared directories via SharePoint for Request for Proposal information; maintain proposal milestones schedule like issue and review dates, kickoff meetings and due dates; and engage in proposal sections coordination, final formatting, assembly, packaging and delivery.

Education and Experience: 

    • Bachelors’ degree in communications, advertising, English, business or journalism
    • Minimum of 3+ years professional experience
    • 1+ year of project coordination experience
    • Experience in content creation, formatting, proposal development and other relative editorial positions is a plus
    • Solid knowledge of writing and grammar principles
    • Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Word.
    • The ability to manipulate and analyze data.
    • Excellent communication skills

Job Description:

Requirements. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will work at the intersection of technology, people, and process, helping clients transform how they conduct business to adapt to shifts in the market, and more closely align them with their business strategy and vision. You will develop an understanding of client processes, goals and objectives to define their future state and the path to get them there. You will help your clients understand leading technologies and the impact that those technologies can have on traditional business processes.

As the lead Consultant you will also create strategic recommendations to drive change in a digitally-enabled era. Secure buy-in for the recommendations. You will provide perspectives and solutions to rapidly develop, launch, and grow transformational products, platforms, new businesses, and strategic partnerships with and for clients. Your primary responsibility is to research the client organization and industry value chains via modern and digitally-enabled approaches to structured and unstructured data analysis.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of management consulting (strategy and operations focused, non-systems integration/technology) experience.
  • Excellent understanding and practical experience of agile IT delivery methods and their application.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with a proven track record of developing relationships at principle and executive levels.
